地域医療の充実市立医療センターでは、三重大学の地域医療学講座（寄附講座）を活用して医師を確保し、地域医療の充実に努めています。 在宅医療・介護連携の支援 かめやまホームケアネット地域包括ケアシステムの実現に向け、在宅生活を支える医療と介護を一体的に推進し、高齢者を地域で支援する体制を構築しています。亀山市のまちづくり 生涯にわたり健康に暮らし、安心して医療を受けられるまちの実現を目指しています。三重大学の地域医療学講座を活用するほか、市立医療センターに地域包括ケア病床、訪問看護ステーションを設置し、地域医療の充実に努めています。また、子ども医療費窓口無料化や在宅医療・介護連携なども行っています。 一方、誰もが住み慣れた地域でともに支え合い、ともに暮らせる共助と共生の地域社会の構築を進めています。福祉サービスの向上、相談体制の充実を図るほか、民生委員・児童委員、福祉委員、社会福祉協議会等と連携し、地域共生社会の実現に取り組んでいます。 人生1 00年時代を生きるまちの未来を創る創る創る2福祉・医療まちの未来を創る1安心・安全How to Cope with the “100-Year-Life Society”We aim at constructing an even better medical system so that people in the city can get secure medical care and live healthily until the end of their lives. We work hard to enrich our local medical services by making use of the lectures on community medicine held by Mie University as well as setting up a home-visit nursing station and beds for community-based comprehensive care at the Kameyama City Medical Center. Besides, we also provide free medical care for children at hospitals as well as home and nursing care.Meanwhile, we also try to improve our welfare system so that everybody here can give support to and live in harmony with each other. More specifically, we work hard for the realization of a symbiotic local community by enhancing our welfare and consultation services and cooperating with various people and organizations, such as commissioned welfare volunteers including those for children, local welfare keepers and the Kameyama City Social Welfare Council.23音声を聞く
